Mr. Robert Dixon

Robert’s a seasoned HR and admin guy, been in the game for 10+ years. He’s got a knack for HR strategy, leading teams, and making organizations better. He’s good at setting up HR systems, creating a great work environment, and making things run smoothly. He’s strategic, adaptable, and a strong leader, always looking to help an organization grow and empower employees.

Since 2015, Robert’s been calling the shots, keeping an eye on operations and management, and giving his expertise to different government outfits and private institutions. He knows his stuff when it comes to making HR policies, handling payroll and making sure we follow the law, and running training and performance programs. He’s been key in making HR work better, boosting how well people work, and helping organizations hit their targets.

Right now, Robert’s the HR Director at the National Medical Supplies Agency (NMSA). He’s big on shaping HR and developing the staff. He’s also had big roles at other places, both public and private.

He’s got a couple of master’s degrees – one in Research & Public Policy and another in Business Administration, with a focus on HR. Robert’s always learning and leading with a plan. He’s committed to being the best, which makes him someone people really respect in HR.
