Josie Gegra is an accomplished Supply Chain and Warehouse Management professional with nearly two decades of progressive experience in logistics, procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution across the healthcare, mining, manufacturing, and logistics sectors in Sierra Leone.

He currently serves as the National Warehouse Manager at the National Medical Supplies Agency (NMSA), where he oversees the operations of National medical Supplies Agency’s warehouse, ensuring the safe storage, inventory management, and timely distribution of essential medicines and medical commodities nationwide. In this role, he leads warehouse operations in compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), manages cold chain systems, supervises warehouse personnel, and collaborates with logistics and quality assurance teams to maintain the integrity of health commodities throughout the national supply chain.

Prior to joining NMSA, Mr. Gegra served as Warehouse Superintendent at Sierra Rutile Limited, where he managed warehouse operations, inventory control, materials planning, hazardous materials management, annual stock audits, and ERP-based warehouse systems. He also held leadership positions as Store Manager at Vimetco Sierra Minerals Holdings (SMHL), Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor at Mantrac Sierra Leone, Head of Warehousing Operations at Redcoat Logistics, Ground and Air Operations Supervisor at DHL International, and Shipping Officer at Kamino Redcoat Express, building extensive expertise in international logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehouse optimization, and supply chain operations.
