NMSA is commitment through the office of the Managing Director, to provide good quality products from prequalified suppliers meeting Sierra Leone Pharmacy Board’s requirements and excellent service delivery that goes beyond our customer satisfaction.

We will strive to achieve and maintain this required level of assurance through involvement of our management and staff at all level of our business in the following ways:

• Structuring our policies, processes and procedures.
• Emphasizing the importance of planning to avoid quality failure.
• Strengthen the need for continuous improvement using specific performance monitoring, and corrective measures.
• Ensures that quality policy is well communicated, understood and implemented at all level of NMSA.
• Pay attention to customers need and complains at all the times.

The Managing Director holds the responsibility for maintaining the quality management system with routine operations controlled by the quality manager.
